Can I be put on the waitlist?

No phone calls are accepted to be added to the waitlist. You must be present to add your name to the waitlist.

Do I need reservations?

Reservations are not required. Walk in's are Welcome. If party size is 10 or more group dining guidelines apply. Reservations can be made Online. We do not take reservations over the phone. We allow bookings to be made up to 60 days in advance of the your desired date. If the time being requested is blocked out,  it's not available or too far out to be scheduled. You can walk in and will be placed on a waitlist.

What is the max number of guests for a party?

20 

For large Parties of 10 or more.  A deposit of $20 per person is required to confirm large party reservations. 50% of your deposit is non-refundable space fee. The remaining balance will be credited towards the bill with a minimum spend of $30 per person spend. If minimum spend is not met, you will lose the deposit.

How far in advance can reservation be scheduled?

DINING GUIDELINES

NO outside food including cakes or beverages are permitted in the restaurant.

NO inappropriate behavior.

NO Smoking of any kind, No Vaping.

NO Hookah inside or outside within 200 feet of the restaurant.

NO Standing on furniture - you will be asked to leave!

Small Patio Not dog friendly. Space is limited.

DRESS CODE

We courteously ask that our guests abide by our dress code policy while dining at SugarJam. We require appropriate attire at all times.  The following clothing items are not permitted:

-  Excessive Sagging / Baggy Pants

-  Inappropriate graphics or language on clothing 

- No Exposed Under Garments

Admittance into SugarJam The Southern Kitchen is at the discretion of the management. We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed, that is excessively short/or showing  under the influence, and/or are wearing articles of clothing containing vulgarity or language that guests may find offensive.
